安大略赛车场
The Ontario Motor Speedway, California staged its first event, the California 500, an Indycar event won by Jimmy McElreath in a Coyote-Ford. It was the first and only automobile racing facility built to hold all of the four major races. Constructed in less than two years, the track opened in August 1970 and was considered state of the art at the time.
1970年9月6日，加利福尼亚州的安大略赛车场举办了第一场赛事——加利福尼亚500英里大赛，这场印地赛事由驾驶Coyote-Ford赛车的吉米·麦克雷特（Jimmy McElreath）赢得。它是首个也是唯一一个为举办四种主要比赛（印地赛车、纳斯卡赛车、直线加速赛车、一级方程式赛车）而建造的汽车竞赛场所。该赛道在不到两年的时间内便建成，于1970年8月开放，被认为是当时最先进的赛道。
