Yangshuo county, a small town located in Guilin city in South China’s Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, is world-famous for its unique scenery of hills and rivers. It is an epitome of the majestic landscape of Guilin.
Now, preserving and displaying more than twenty thousand peaks and seventeen rivers, Yangshuo is considered a global reference area for the karst features and landscapes.
The river flows from north to south through Guilin city, winding along the peaks like a silk ribbon. The section flowing through Yangshuo collects the most breathtaking scenery of Guilin landscape.
