绿色中国11月16日电(融媒体记者符超)近日，在上海进博会举办的“碳中和公民行动大会”向全社会发出了“碳中和公民行动上海倡议”，呼吁每个地球公民以时不我待的果敢，日积月累的坚持，迅速投入到绿色低碳工作和生活中来，微光成炬，为呵护绿色地球贡献力量。
《倡议》共7条内容，从呼吁和平协商解决国际争议以节省资源用于绿色发展，到鼓励青少年从小培养绿色环保意识，节约资源，反对浪费，凝聚了各方的智慧。首先是充分吸纳生态环境部等部门联合发布的《公民生态环境行为规范十条》并贯彻落实，同时更加强调倡议发起方自身的行动，做绿色低碳的行动派。如，中央广播电视总台“CMG观察”呼吁媒体人在上海进博会期间率先垂范，绿色出行，每日打卡，为绿色进博会节能减排。上海气候周执委会青年行动委员会与大会联合启动为期一年的“绿色丝路青年行”活动，号召青年人加入“绿色必跑”活动，坚持绿色出行，积累个人碳汇，为共建绿色丝绸之路作出贡献。
《倡议》的发起方既包括丝绸之路城市联盟、中国经济体制改革研究会、中央广播电视总台CMG观察、上海气候周执委会、松下(中国)、北京中创碳投、贵州青利集团、北京巨鹏生物、绿碳科技(四川)等机构和企业，也有意大利前总理达莱马、全国经社理事会常务理事孔泉、国务院参事室高级研究员王一莉、意大利徒步旅行家维娜、著名导演、影星黄渤等中外社会贤达的支持，体现了广泛的代表性。
《倡议》除了呼吁绿色低碳，还提供“绿色必跑”活动平台，为大家参与绿色出行、积累碳汇提供数据支撑。必跑团成员可以通过“喜鹿鹿小程序”每日打卡，积累里程，同时可以与其他必跑成员交流竞赛，增加活动的趣味性。

Shanghai Initiative on Individual Actions toward Carbon-Neutrality

在气候变化愈演愈烈、地球生存环境面临严峻考验的背景下，丝绸之路城市联盟、中国经济体制改革研究会于2023年11月6日在上海国家会展中心举办“碳中和公民行动大会”。大会组织方、支持方、中外参会嘉宾、大会形象大使，以及目前正沿着古丝绸之路徒步走向中国的意大利利维娜·卡玛洛塔老奶奶等直接或间接的参会人员一致认为：应对气候变化，刻不容缓，且是我们所有人的共同责任。为此，发出以下倡议：
Against the backdrop of escalating climate change its associated challenges to the Earth's environment fhuman survival, the Silk Road Cities Alliance (SRCA) the China Society of Economic Reform (CSER) jointly held the "Conference on Individual Actions against Climate Changes" on November 6, 2023, at the National Exhibition Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai.
The conference’s organiser sponsors, esteemed guests from China abroad, the conference’s image-ambassador, Vienna Cammarota from Italy (who, at 74 years old, is currently traveling on foot along the ancient Silk Road towards China) all others who attended the conference, whether directly indirectly, firmly believe that addressing climate change is an urgent shared responsibility fall Earth’s citizens. The success of this endeavour relies on the collective efforts of each individual. To this end, the following initiatives are proposed:
首先，坚持保护地球、绿色发展的理念。我们可以开发地球，但不能损害地球。不能牺牲环境搞发展。
First, we should hold on to the concept of green development in order to protect the Earth. The need fdevelopment is reasonable justified, but environmental damage is not. We cannot sacrifice the environment fthe sake of development.
第二，倡导“低碳高品”社会风尚：节俭低碳就是时尚和高品位，支持并积极响应中国生环部等部门倡导的《公民生态环境行为规范十条》——珍惜每滴水、每粒粮食、每度电、每张纸、每一棵树木，坚持绿色出行;尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然，像保护眼睛一样保护生态环境，积极参与义务植树，不购买、不使用珍稀野生动植物制品，拒食珍稀野生动植物，不随意引入、丢弃或放生外来物种。
Second, we should promote "low-carbon, high-taste" as a new societal trend, building a popular consensus that a more prudent low-carbon lifestyle is chic a mark of higher taste. In doing so, we would actively support respond to the “10 Guidelines fCitizens’ Ecological Behaviour” issued by the Ministry of Ecology Environment in 2023. More specifically, the lifestyle requires that we cherish every drop of water, every grain of food, every unit of electricity, every sheet of paper (every tree); that we should switch to green transportation, respect adapt to nature, protect it in the same way we would protect our eyes. We should actively participate in voluntary tree planting, refuse to consume rare protected wildlife, purchase use products made from them; refrain from introducing, discarding, releasing alien species into an ecological system.
第三，崇尚创新，以“智”护绿，以“新”置旧。鼓励和推动新能源、新技术、新产品的开发和应用。以新能源替代传统能源，以新技术节能增效，减少单位能耗，减少温室气体排放。
Third, we advocate innovation as a means to achieve environmental goals. We encourage promote the development application of clean renewable energy to replace traditional energy, as well as the development application of novel technologies products to save energy, increase efficiency, reduce energy intensity, cut greenhouse gas emissions.
第四，提倡以协商方式解决国际争端，把更多的资源和技术用在绿色环保和提高发展的质量，保护地球。
Fourth, we advocate the use of negotiations to resolve international disputes, so that more resources technologies can be deployed to the tasks of environmental protection, improving the quality of development, ultimately saving the Earth.
第五，建立国际碳中和实践分享机制，进一步推动 “绿色国际交流合作”，以「碳中和国际实践大会」 & 「碳中和公民行动大会」为载体，汇聚各方智慧和成功经验，开展形式多样、务实、高效的绿色行动。
Fifth, we should set up global mechanisms fsharing carbon-neutral practices to further promote “green international communication cooperation.” This can be achieved, fexample, through the “World Conference on Best Practices of Carbon Neutrality” the “Conference on Individual Actions against Climate Change,” which can pool insights successful experiences from all sides fthe sake of carrying out diversified, pragmatic, efficient green actions.
第六，建立世界智库、媒体合作机制，形成致力于低碳绿色的广泛社会共识。 与中央广播电视总台CMG观察联合发起媒体人绿色行动计划。
Sixth, we should establish cooperative mechanisms fthink-tanks media around the globe to form a broad social consensus regarding low-carbon green initiatives. Jointly Launch the “Green Action Plan fMedia Professionals” together with the China Media Group (CMG).
第七，支持上海气候周青年委员会的“上海气候周青年影响力”行动计划，鼓励青少年和儿童从小做起，培养环保意识，参与环保行动。鼓励全国青少年人积极参加「上海气候周」活动，并于2023 年11月6日起，开展为期一年的「绿色丝路青年行动」， 坚持绿色出行，参加绿色必跑活动，节省能源，以个人实际行动支持联合国应对气候变化的国际合作努力。
Seventh, to support the “Shanghai Climate Week Youth Impact” action plan presented by the Shanghai Climate Week Youth Council, we encourage children young people to heighten their environmental awareness by participating in relevant events activities. Specifically, we strongly recommend young people from all over China to actively engage in activities organised fthe Shanghai Climate Week. In addition, starting from November 6, 2023, we invite them to join the year-long Green Silk Road Youth Initiative, within which they will be prompted to transition to greener transportation partake in the Green BiWalk to conserve energy, thereby contributing to the UN’s climate efforts through concrete individual actions.
