This year, the World Intellectual Property Day 2023’s theme focuses on Women and IP:Accelerating innovation and creativity. The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) organizes a series of events to celebrate the huge potential of women worldwide to innovate and drive change for a better future.

The World Intellectual Property Day 2023 Video Competition is an opportunity for you to share your ideas on how an inclusive innovation ecosystem can unleash the ingenuity and creativity of girls and women to build a better tomorrow for the benefit of all.
通过90秒的视频，展示为何有必要让女童和妇女探索知识产权，以及我们大家如何从中受益，并赢取丰厚奖品！
Show why it is important for girls and women to switch on to intellectual property (IP), and how we all benefit, in a 90-second video and win great prizes!
10个最佳视频将于4月13日在竞赛平台上公布，进行在线公开投票，选出2023年世界知识产权日视频竞赛的三名获奖者。获奖者将于2023年4月26日世界知识产权日之际宣布。
The best 10 videos will be published on the Competition platform on April 13 for an Online Public Vote to choose the three winners of the World Intellectual Property Day 2023 Video Competition. The winners will be announced on World Intellectual Property Day, April 26, 2023.

The winners will receive prizes as follows:
● 一等奖：数码设备，最高价值为5,000瑞郎
First Prize: Digital equipment to the maximum value of CHF 5,000
● 二等奖：数码设备，最高价值为3,000瑞郎
Second Prize: Digital equipment to the maximum value of CHF 3,000
● 三等奖：数码设备，最高价值为1,000瑞郎
Third Prize: Digital equipment to the maximum value of CHF 1,000
● 前10名的获奖视频制作者将得到WIPO学院提供的培训机会。
The top 10 winning videos will benefit from training opportunities offered by the WIPO Academy.
产权组织将购买上述数码设备，并安排将其发放给获奖者。向前三名获奖者发放奖品的运费由产权组织承担。奖品不可转让。获奖者应负责支付任何其他与奖品有关的费用，包括在其本国的税款。如果获奖者联系不上或不符合资格，获奖者应放弃其奖品，产权组织保留向本竞赛的任何其他参赛者提供奖品的权利。
WIPO will purchase the aforementioned digital equipment and will arrange for it to be dispatched to the winners. The shipping costs of the prizes to the top three winners shall be borne by WIPO. Awards are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for the payment of any other prize-related expenses, including taxes in their country. In the event that a winner is unreachable or ineligible, the winner shall forfeit their prize and WIPO reserves the right to offer the prize to any other participant of the Competition.

The theme of this Video Competition is “When women enter the IP universe, we accelerate innovation and creativity and everyone's a winner”.
参赛者根据要求提供90秒的视频，视频可以展示女性发明人、创造者和企业家的创造和创新，强调知识产权如何使女性能够对社会和经济产生更大的影响，以及更多女性参与创新和知识产权生态系统所带来的集体利益。
Participants are requested to submit a 90-second video that may showcase the creativity and innovation of women inventors, creators, and entrepreneurs, highlighting how IP rights can enable women to make an even greater impact on society and the economy, as well as the collective benefits that rise from participation of a greater number of women in innovation and IP ecosystems.
参赛资格
Eligibility
参赛者必须至少年满18岁。
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter the competition.
以个人或团体的形式提交参赛作品（最多10名团体成员）。
Individual or group entry submissions (up to 10 group members).
视频创作者拥有所上传视频的所有权利。
The video creator holds all the rights to the uploaded video.
您的视频尚未在网上发布，也未曾在其他竞赛中得到表彰和/获得奖项。
Your video must not have been previously published online, nor have been recognized and/or awarded in another competition.
视频不违反任何版权、商标、专利、商业秘密、工业品外观设计、显著标志、合同义务或任何其他知识产权，或任何第三方的其他所有权。
The video does not violate any copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, industrial designs, distinctive signs, contractual obligations, or any other intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
随视频附带以下任何一种语言的文字脚本：阿拉伯文、中文、英文、法文、日文、葡萄牙文、俄文或西班牙文。
The video is accompanied by a transcript in any of the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, or Spanish.
