　　海阳核电3号机组项目是2022年山东省实施类重大项目、新旧动能转换“五年取得突破”重点观摩项目，荣获2022年第二季度烟台市重点项目建设“羚羊奖”，是农发行发行的单笔金额最大的政策性开发性金融工具项目(获批25.75亿元)。项目总投资200亿元，额定容量为125.3万千瓦，已累计完成投资120亿元。

　　Haiyang Nuclear Power Unit 3 is one of Shandong’s Significant Implementing Projects of 2022 and one of the key demonstration projects of the 5-year Breakthroughs in transition to new from old economic engines, winning the award for Yantai’s Key Projects in Q2, 2022. It received the largest single payment from Agricultural Development Bank of China, as a policy-oriented development and financial instrument project (2.575 billion RMB). Total investment of the project sums up to 20 billion RMB, with rated capacity of 1.235 million kilowatts. By now, 12 billion RMB of the total investment has been executed.
