北方人的记忆中,粽子都是甜的,而在南方人心目中,肉粽、咸粽才是心头爱!中国的粽子有上百种口味,如今随着时代的发展也在不停的更新着新的口味。
In the memories of northerners, zongzi has always been sweet, while in the hearts of southerners, meat and salted zongzi are their favorites! There are over 100 flavors of zongzi in China, and they are constantly being updated with new flavors as the times change.
1、蜜枣粽子:就是用普通的白糯米,再加上蜜枣包成的,这可以说是最原始的粽子了。
2、豆沙馅:这就是把馅换成了豆沙包成的豆沙味十足,加上糯米真的很好吃。
3、黄米粽子:用黄米包成的粽子,里面包的也是蜜枣。
4、八宝粽子:加了红豆,玉米,花生,绿豆等等,就如同八宝粥的粽子版本。
1.Sweet Date Zongzi: This is made by simply wrapping regular white glutinous rice with dates, making it the most original type of zongzi.
2.Red Bean Paste Zongzi: This is made by replacing the filling with red bean paste, giving it a rich, bean paste flavor that tastes great with glutinous rice.
3.Yellow Rice Zongzi: This zongzi is made with yellow rice and filled with dates.
4.Eight Treasure Zongzi: This zongzi is similar to the version of eight treasure porridge, with red beans, corn, peanuts, green beans, and other ingredients added.
5、鲜肉粽:鲜肉粽软糯好吃,油而不腻,每一个粽子里面,都有2块肉肉,一般是肥瘦搭配,温热粘软的糯米,包裹着肉块,糯米吸满了肉汁,咬一口太香了。
6、蛋黄鲜肉粽:在鲜肉原有的基础上,再加入咸蛋黄,一整个蛋黄,加上一大块肉,包入粽子里,蒸熟后开盖就能闻到浓浓的粽香味。
7、紫薯粽子:柔软香糯的紫薯,加上红豆沙馅,混合着黏黏的糯米,吃完一次就爱上它了。
5.Fresh Meat Zongzi: Soft and sticky, the fresh meat zongzi is not greasy. Each zongzi contains 2 pieces of meat, usually a combination of lean and fatty meat. The warm, sticky glutinous rice wraps around the meat, absorbing the juices. A bite is too fragrant!
6.Salted Egg Yolk and Fresh Meat Zongzi: In addition to the original fresh meat filling, this zongzi also includes a whole egg yolk and a large piece of meat. When it's steamed and opened, the strong fragrance of zongzi can be smelled.
7.Purple Sweet Potato Zongzi: Soft and delicious purple sweet potatoes, mixed with red bean paste and sticky glutinous rice, will make you fall in love with it after just one bite!
